Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

• Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
• Original packaging and receipt are required

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at muhtesemventure@gmail.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Print the prepaid return label we'll send you
4. Package your items securely and attach the return label
5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size and color within 30 days of purchase.

• Follow the same return process but specify "exchange" as the reason
• We'll send you the new item once we receive your return
• If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
• If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Swimwear
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged by normal wear and tear

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions on international returns.
